  • MIRA passively captures work activities from the applications and services professionals already use, including Microsoft 365, Outlook Calendar and Email, Microsoft Office, OneDrive, Teams, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive, Zoom, iManage Work, and NetDocuments. These connections are made through secure API-based integrations, with additional integrations continuously added to expand coverage and functionality.

    MIRA can also capture web activity in Chrome and Microsoft Edge, while giving users control over which websites are included. For offline work, MIRA supports Windows and macOS activity capture based on user-defined file types, such as PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, and others.

     

    Unlike traditional monitoring tools, MIRA does not capture screens, take screenshots, or log keystrokes. Users retain visibility and control over the data collected, helping firms protect privacy while accurately capturing billable and productive work.

  • MIRA supports more than 10 leading legal billing systems, including Elite, Aderant, MATTEROOM, Juris, Clio, MyCase, Centerbase, LeanLaw, SurePoint, and Tabs3, with additional integrations continuously being added.

    For firms using on-premises or private-cloud billing systems, MIRALink provides secure connectivity between MIRA and systems within the firm’s environment. Contact us if your billing system is not listed or requires a custom integration.

  • MIRA offers fully automated, out-of-the-box integrations through the MIRA Admin Portal, allowing most firms to get started quickly.

     

    For on-premises environments, firms install the secure MIRALink agent within their network. Installers are available for both Windows and Linux, and the setup typically takes only a few minutes. MIRALink is provided at no additional cost.

  • MIRA supports Microsoft 365 Business plans or higher.

  • We host all our services on Microsoft Azure’s secure, multi‑zone data centers, which provide strict physical access controls, environmental safeguards, and disaster‑resilient infrastructure. Our primary data center locations are:

    • North America – US data center, Canada coming soon

    • Asia – Japan data center

    These locations ensure high availability and built‑in redundancy, and that customer data remains confined to its assigned hosting locations for storage and processing.
